LEADERSHIP
Brooke Kulusich is a final-year PharmD candidate at the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy.
Hi, everyone! I am so excited and honored to serve as your 2021–22 APhA–ASP Speaker of the House.
Originally from Warren, OH, I have called Pittsburgh home for the last 5 years. As a final-year PharmD candidate at the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy, I attribute the most personally and professionally rewarding aspects of my education to my involvement in APhA–ASP. My passion for advancing our profession was ignited through my membership, leading me to serve as my chapter’s First-Year Representative. I went on to serve a 2-year term as Chapter President-elect, then Chapter President.
I have also been actively involved in the Pennsylvania Pharmacists Association, serving as chair of the Student Advisory Board and engaging students across the state in policy initiatives. I look forward to scaling my experiences at the chapter and state levels to serve APhA–ASP and sharing my passion for grassroots advocacy with student pharmacists nationwide.
Professionally, I’m interested in community pharmacy practice transformation, pharmacy law, and association management. In my personal time, I enjoy playing golf and tennis, exploring the Pittsburgh food scene. I’m also a huge bookworm and recently started podcasting with the Pharmacy Podcast Network.
