Meet your peers

APhA holds meetings and networking events for student pharmacists throughout the year, each with unique opportunities for student pharmacists to network, develop leadership skills, and learn about educational and career opportunities.

APhA-ASP Midyear Regional Meetings (MRMs)

MRMs are the only meetings in the United States held specifically for student pharmacists. Each meeting provides an opportunity for student pharmacists to participate in leadership development, network with fellow students, explore career opportunities with potential employers, and celebrate the achievements of APhA-ASP chapters live and in person over a three weekend period.

MRM2024 will be hosted onsite, on-campus, and online November 1-3.

APhA2025 Student Pharmacists Got Talent - Share your talent!

APhA2022 Student Pharmacists Got Talent Back by popular demand, we are calling all painters and poets, actors and artists! Do you sing? Can you dance? Whether a solo performer or group, we want to see what you can do, and we know student pharmacists got talent! During APhA2025 Annual Meeting & Exposition in Nashville, TN March 21-24, we want to feature YOU! The top performers from across the country will be featured at the APhA-ASP Kick-off Session on Friday or the Awards Celebration on Saturday. Even if you mime that’s fine, show us what you got!

APhA Institute on Substance Use Disorders

Held annually in Salt Lake City Utah, the APhA Institute strives to educate student pharmacists and practitioners about the pharmacology and pathophysiology of addiction. Through interactive educational sessions, networking, and team-building activities participants are provided with a unique opportunity to learn about addiction, pain management, and how to provide assistance and support to individuals affected by alcoholism and other drug dependencies.

APhA-ASP Summer Leadership Institute (SLI)

The APhA-ASP Summer Leadership Institute (SLI) is designed to help APhA-ASP Chapter Officers develop their leadership skills as they prepare to guide their Chapter to continued success. During a series of interactive and educational sessions, attendees will be challenged to identify their leadership style, discuss team building strategies, develop communication skills, and receive updates on APhA-ASP activities.
